• I agree to pay for time spent by Mr. Kimble reviewing and answering my question(s) at $240 an hour up to the maximum time I specify below (only time actually spent will be billed). I understand the maximum time may not be enough to answer my question(s), in which case Mr. Kimble will let me know as soon as it is apparent that more time is necessary, and my responsibility is to pay for actual time incurred regardless of any answers I receive or don’t receive. I understand an invoice will be sent to my email address and payment is accepted by cash or check only, and is due within 15 days of the invoice date.
